How to Get Started

Client contacts Benedictus Wellness for Life for scheduling a free, no obligation “discovery” phone conference with a life coach to discuss where client is at in his/her life and his/her concerns to determine if there is potential for an excellent professional working relationship match between the client and life coach.

If client determines that, yes, he/she would like to pursue life coaching at Benedictus Wellness for Life, he/she then completes all necessary Agreement forms and begins work on the Client Intake form to prepare for the first coaching session .

Client schedules the first life coaching session after all beginning paperwork is completed and submitted to Benedictus Wellness for Life.

Client and life coach meet for first life coaching session (Intake Session) which usually runs approximately 60 minutes longer than the usual 50 to 75 minute sessions to review the Intake Form and map out a general plan to get started on achieving goals

When client is comfortable with the initial plan, he/she schedules the next session (s).
