Lord Jesus Christ, my God, I adore you and thank You for all the graces You have given me this day. I offer You my sleep and the moments of this night. I beseech You to protect me and keep me safe. Therefore, I place myself within you sacred side and under the mantle of Our Blessed Lady, my mother. Let Your holy angels stand about me and keep me in your peace. Let Your blessings be upon me throughout the hours of this night, so any awake to serve You, strengthened and refreshed, for a new day.

O Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy, pray for me that I may be preserved this night from all evil, whether body or soul. Dear St. Joseph, all the saints and angels, my Guardian Angel, and my chosen patron, watch over me. I commend myself to your protection now and always.

O dearest St Joseph, I consecrate myself to thy honor and give myself to thee, that thou may always be my father, my protector, and my guide in the way of salvation. Obtain for me a great purity of heart and fervent love of the interior life. After thine example, may I do all my action for the greater glory of God, in union with the Divine Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary! And do thou, O blessed St Joseph, pray for me that I may share in the peace and joy of thy holy death.

Faithful Father, thank You that Your work is perfect, Your ways are just, and You are a God of faithfulness. As I lay down to sleep, I entrust myself into Your care. I ask that You bring peace to my mind, rest to my body and restoration to my spirit. You are able to do far more abundantly than all that I ask or imagine, according to Your power at work within me. To You be glory throughout all generations, forever and ever.

SPIRITUAL PROTECTION PRAYER
Mighty God, thank You that You are my shield and my strength. You have promised that all who are weary and burdened, should come to You, and You will give rest. I ask that You give me rest this evening. May the word of Christ dwell in me richly, teaching me in all wisdom, and producing holiness in my heart that I may glorify You in my life. May I sleep with thankfulness in my heart to God.
